Close Combat Clasp for who?

Hi all,

This is my close combat clasp.
Can an artillery officer be awarded with the clasp or was it only for men of infantry regiments?

Yes its possible even for a Artillery soldier to get it.
And Luftwaffe paratroopers and LW ground personel
Do some searches here on WAF and you find your answers quite easy

kavallarie, aufklärungs, pionier..all of them. In fact quite a lot of pionier won the CCC in gold.
