Infantry of General Assault?

Both badges are from my collection, the General Assault and the Infantry assault in silver.

Who received the badges? Or more precise, which badge could be awarded to an artillery officer?

Both of your answers can be found doing a very simple search on THIS forum alone. Some will advise that you look around and use the search tool on the forum for answers of personal questions, and if all else fails....then start a thread. Hope I could help. And the GAB could be awarded to an artillery man who is fighting with an assauliting infantry unit
