German-Finnish Medal Bar

Hello!
A collecting friend of mine bought this bar from Germany,and I got it from him.I bought it "as it is",no guarantees of originality.I just could not resist it because of the Finnish medals involved...I have UV-checked it at work,and even threads seems to be old.There are no makers mark on EK2 or Ostmedaille,the KVK and Wehrmacht(Luftwaffe?) medal rings are so tight in the bar that I did not want to pull them out.The EK does "rattle".The medals/rings have left traces ,dirt and"stamps" in the ribbons,so it seems that it has been together for a while.But,all in all,these facts does not tell much,since everything seems possible these days.
It is dark when one gets home from work here UpNorth,and the lack of daylight results in poor pictures.So,if needed,I´ll try to get some better pics in the weekend.
Any comments on this item is appreciated.

Hello Jaska,

In my opinion this bar is a put-together. It looks like the work of Alfred Vollmost. Do a search of his name here and you will see other examples of his work....which usually feature some kind of foreign award on the end....sorry.

Here is one thread where i have posted some of his work to warn others....note the reverse- all medal bars are made using the same kind of backing plate!

Wow thanks for the info! This would have beat me but then again I do not collect these. So the cloth is a good give away?

Why should a German get Finish awards from the Winter war? The nazis and the bolsheviks were allied in those days, so a German serving on the Finish side would have been a traitor.

No not the cloth but the actual metal plate the ribbons and medals are mounted on...that and the construction in general....he usually uses that kind of ribbon fold, obscure foreign awards on the end etc...

Thank You all for Your time and comments.When I got this,I thougth it would certainly not be originally a German soldiers bar,since he would propably got shot when arriving home from Finland...If the bar would be an original,it would propably belong to a "soldier of fortune",maybe a swede,finn,estonian...Now,I´m not trying to tell It Has to Be Original,just playing with the thought...
It is quite sure a put-together.
Does anyone have any comments on the german medals themselves,I forgot to include the question in the first post?
