I will buy this medal, but I know nothing about this type of medal. Could you help with the medal and ribbon??? Is it OK?

100% original. This is one of the examples with the mis-aligned reverse die...a flaw which is by no means uncommon for the SS-Dienstauszeichnung 3. & 4. Stufe by this particular maker (whoever that may be).
