I´m not 100% sure here and These are the first questions that comes to my mind.

1. Not accurate rotation on swastika
2. Almost too big nose on figure. Not the so called "big nose" fake but pretty big nose

Is it known who made these?

Could it be Otto Schickle? For bad swastika he lost his license
