Near Mint Ostmedaille 1 - Opinion

Hi folks,

I recently sold this Ostmedaille to a local collector. Unfortunately, I was surprised with a message from the buyer saying that an “international expert” told him that this very same medal is a fake.

Before take any future step, I would like to hear your opinions about this medal.
If it is a fake – which I don’t think it is – I would reimburse the buyer.

That eastern medal looks perfect. Nothing wrong with that one.

Did he mention why it was a fake?

What the guy is saying is nonsense. I can't see any issue regarding this medal. A textbook Ostmedaille that I would love to have in my collection.
