I am not sure of all of them

EKII WWI with Spange 1939, Hanseatenkreuz (not 100% sure), Ehrenkreuz des Weltkrieges für Frontkämpfer 1914-18, Sudetenland Occupation, Oesterreich-Ungarn Tapferkeitsmedaille, Ungarische Weltkriegs- Erinnerungsmedaille 1914-18, Long Service Awards for 4 and 18 years,Medal of liberty (Finland) but not 100% sure, an other finish medal perhaps?

The 9th one is certainly Finish liberty medal 2nd class
But the last one has to wide white stripes to be 1st class liberty medal. The medal is called liberty, not bravery.

I could not imagine a Saxon medal right at the end after a foreign award....though could be possible as the Hungarian ribbon is right in the middle instead of at the end. And sometimes civil awards (which i assume this is?) even German, came in dead last.

Another possibility is that the ribbon out-fitter did not have the correct Finnish ribbon and used this one instead: Bavarian Red Cross (Sanitäter) ribbon.

                    Kind regards

OK so here is the name....Generalmajor Johannes Hans Sauerbrey.
He also received a DKiG in Nov.1941

Here is some info of his career but no pictures.

I am curious about the provenance of this ribbon bar. Did Philipp buy this directly from the Sauerbrey family or was that just the name given by the person that sold it to them? Have Generalmajor Sauerbrey's decorations been verified through the officer ranklists or award rolls? I ask because I was under the impression that the Finnish Medal of Liberty Second Class was only given to NCOs and other enlisted ranks. Also, there is no device on the Austrian ribbon which indicates to me that it represents the Austrian Bravery Medal: another award given only to NCOs and other enlisted ranks. Would not a German Offiicer have been awarded the Austrian Military Merit Cross instead? Sauerbrey was never in the enlisted ranks prior to becoming a commissioned officer so I can't see how he would get these two awards.
I am also troubled by the strange order of precedence on this bar. Seems like an almost total disregard of the regulations with this bar. Looks like the Lübeck Hanseatic Cross ribbon has been placed over another underlying ribbon.

                            Best regards,
                            Tom

Does anybody have some pictures of him?

The medalbar was suposed to be a part of Generalmajors nachlass. What does this exactly mean I'm not sure. I asked Mr. Philipp for more info but i didnt get the answer jet.

If i will get some more info, i will post them
