Blue Ribbon-Long Service opinions

I would appreciate any comments or opinions on this piece of Blue Ribbon. I believe it to be good, but it has more "shine" that most blue long service ribbons that I have seen. Please note: I believe that the photos were taken outside in a very bright sun.

Hi Randy,

I'm not liking the look of that ribbon. Can you maybe show a close-up of the ribbon edges? Original cornflower blue ribbon is hard to come by.

hmmmm.....

I don't see the loops on the sides on the long one. From here it looks like a repo. Just my opinion.
The folded one looks good though.

I agree. The first one is a modern replacement, in my opinion.
