Ostfront with LDO marking?

The seller of this medal can't give me better photos or read the number (don't ask). Could it be an LDO # or does anyone recognize the stamp? These medals aren't what I collect so I don't know much about them...

Yes, and I do not thinks it is L/ marked. If I recall at one time I had one with a strange looking 8. I think this is an 8 on the jump ring.

x2 or maybe a 88 marked piece.

The Redo Ostmedaillen tend to have crippled marking.
