Hi,
This type of piece is very much under discussion. A lot have the feeling it's a fake. I must say that in close comparisson with authenticated pieces there are some differences. For me the guilding that is very bright is a red flag. So if you have ironglad provenance it could shed a different light on things.

There is nothing wrong with it is a nice original with case as you said it has been discussed here and at many other forums some collectors believe in them and some don't.

Nice original!
Cased ones are getting scarse. A lot of collectors think that these guilded shiny ones are copies which they are not to my opinion. They are already depicted since early '70 in militaria books and a simular one has been in the collection of the Dutch War museum in Delft since 1956 (donated 9y after the war...) Such an unknown medal wouldn't have been re-created as copy at that time, many mint unissued ones were found after the war in NSB offices as they were officially not approved by the Germans and forbidden for wear.
