Ribbon bar

Hello guys,

I would like to ask your opinion about this bar.
The 4 year service is on a wrong place, is it possible to move these ribbon on the device?

too clean for my liking

At best an 'original' parts bar at worse a complete put together with fake ribbons.

A uv-lamp will answer at least one question quickly.

If it passes that test then we can look at the devices.

The only other point is the 'flower war' ribbon looks like it was put on by a near-sighted thumb fisted sign painter.

If it is old then it should be much cleaner under that bad fold, if it is the same colour then it is a very recent bar.
