i bought this russian front medal and the maker mark is 10. Is that good or bad? if anyone knows what the maker is please tell me and tell me if its a fake maker or not thanks.

Like Bruno says Forester & Barth, but as Flemming suggests, pics will determine the originality as fakes are often marked as well.
