Possibly a #8 hoffstadter or a weak stamp for 88 redo.
Any clearer close-ups of the makers mark?

Indeed, a good one. As mentioned, a clearer picture of the makers mark is needed.

It's a good one like already mentioned, but it ain't a Redo made Ostmedaille.
The "Redo-Eagle" is much bigger, same goes for the head of the Stickgranate.
