Im not sure they ever made a fir badge with that style pin, but anythings possible. If they came from the same guy, and were bringbacks from the war, They may all be originals. So id like to see the back of the german cross also, and see what others say about the fire badge. The fire badges are rather hard to get in any version to be an original. Id say you scored good for the deal regardless. Nice scoop. Was there any story by the owner when you found them?

If the fire cross is good then you hit the jack pot my friend. The last one I saw for sale was for 3000 euros. Looking forward to hear what the experts say.

Well that site shows what a poor cast copy looks like.

You fire badge looks much the same. I do not like the enamel and rough finish on it.

The few I have seen over the years were very well made.

Decided you fire badge deserved a second look and my opinion has not changed it is a fake and you can check this yourself

1) the 'hyphen' is missing after the word furver
2) the pin is all wrong
3) the badge should be 60mm
4) the badge should be vaulted

there was never a 43mm pin back edition of this badge the check the size of yours I bet it is 43mm or so

As far as the medals are concerned:

The single-place Iron Cross & Hindenburg Cross ribbon bars look good.

The three-place medal bar looks good.

The E. Ferd Wiedmann Infantry Assault Badge looks good.

The 1939 War Merit Cross First Class is good.

The Luftwaffe Paratrooper Badge is a fake.

The Fire Brigade First Class Decoration is a fake.

The German Cross in Gold is a fake.

More and better pictures are needed on the Hitler Youth knife.
