Hi Sal, This is the "rare" Lubeck "Hugs & Kisses" Bar. Note, how on closer examination by my evil twin, little Cupid arrows fall out and the lovely pink ribbons exude little cartoon kisses.
While beautiful, and quite interesting, this bar is a parts sham.Comment

Is there even an award (couldn't care less what country) that uses a pink ribbon ?
I can imagine awards with pink ribbons be given on the 1st monday at the anual fare in Tilburg (Gay parade)
But for an Military or political award
