Strange Medal. Can anyone identify it ??

This is a strange medal that is on a WWII bring back belt.
The belt is full of medals and insignia. This one I have never seen before.
It is a pin back medal. I have not removed it from the belt to see if there are any markings on the backside.

Anyone know what this is??

I would also try on the Common wealth Fourm as well. This sort of 'Hate' Belt was a very common item in WWI.

Look like you have a very nice one there.

I agree, it looks like a "hate belt", from WW1. Neat!
