I got this medal with some other WWI German medals and doing some research I cannot identify it. Can someone let me know what it is.

It's a Baltic Cross. it was one of the few Friekorps awards allowed to be worn after 1935. It was awarded for fighting the communists in the Baltic Region from 1919-1921
