10 place ribbon bar

I would like to get your opinions on this ribbon bar. My friend showed me this ribbon bar he just purchased from a friend of his and at first sight I had doubts. NSDAP long service and army long service on the same ribbon bar. So I black lighted it. The two NSDAP long service glowed 25,15. He would like to get your opinions too.

Your opinions are correct a bad ribbon bar. A good indicator is when you have a pure TR ribbon bar with this many awards. Combination of awards is not possible either.
