Im sorry but im not much of a medal collector and have little knowledge with this type of TR medal.... would like some help please , what type of TR medal is this ??, and what would the cost/market value of something like this be ??

This is the Bronze Merit Medal of the German Eagle Order with swords for foreigners.But IMO fake. The ribbon bar is also wrong.

The ribbon is for the British China Campaign Medal 1860/1900. (2nd Opium War/Boxer Rebellion). Why it's on this medal, I don't know.

I didn't say these are originals.I've just searched them in the google to show Paul which ribbon belongs to this medal...

I wouldn't poo poo this one yet. Looks like it has been polished down over the years and not like a poor cast fake?

One thing that is odd about it is the maker's mark 'H' never seen that before.

Could be a Spanish version of the medal?

That had been polished down by its proud owner??
