                      The problem is that most collectors don't think a common award like this is faked so they never check them out. Additionally, if you have nothing to compare it with like a real one, how would you know.

                      I always am amazed to hear people say things like, "There is no money in faking (insert item name here)." or things like that. How can anyone other than the fakers know what the overhead is on a faked item?

                      Bottomline is that everything is faked, even Hindy crosses. To assume otherwise is to collect blindly. The fakes are getting better every day. The fakers troll the forums, testing thier products and then improving them based upon the reviews.


                      ps. I don't want to appear to be jumping on Stewy because I'm not. I just felt this was a good place to remind people about this self-induced collector myth. Young and new collectors start with these common awards and if they are burnt, how many will continue to the next level? I'm going to want to sell my collection one day so some of these guys need to stay around.
