That medal bar is not correct for the guy in the pic. There is no way he had 40 years civil service time. JMHO.

Fair enough. What kind of offer would you make on the lot knowing the medal bar is original? I don't know Imperial awards and that is why I ask you. I appreciate your help, and it was the story that went along with the items, as always, evaluate the items and not the story.

Hello,

I have a VHS tape wherein Rommel's driver in Africa was interviewed at length regarding his experiences with the Desert Fox. The fellow depicted below is clearly NOT him.

Value:

Rommel photo: $50-$75;
Unattributed driver's license: $5-$10;
Medal bar: ?

Just an idear.
