Hi,
I was offerd this Social Welfare Award 3rd Class. What are your opinions on it ?
Looks genuine to me. What is the worth of these ? The seller wants 100€, is that price okay ?

Hello Alex,

The picture is not that clear but other then looking a little beat up, it looks okay to me. Here is mine for comparison. Seems to be priced okay for its condition but I would offer the seller 80€ (you can always go back up to 100). I paid about about 180€ for mine less then a year ago.

Alex,

check the bottom arm - it looks like the enamel is damaged. Also, the eagle doesn't look quite straight - it may have come off and been stuck back on again. All this might explain why the price is perhaps lower than you might expect.
