Opinions on ribbon bar

Hi,
I would like to hear what you think about his ribbon combo. The way I see it this person either was in the Reichs Labor Service, Police, or Waffen-SS, SS-Totenkopf Units. Whats your opinion ?

CAN be everything You mentioned. IMO it is probably a RAD award, that fits the Schutzwallmedaille on pos.3

Yup, I agree with Daniel: RAD, then maybe Police, then maybe Waffen SS, because I am not aware of any large SS unit involvement at all for Westwall, and the same for police units.
