Hello Sergey,
These are very difficult to substantiate. This is a standard, off the shelf generic shooting society award cup that has been engraved to indicate that it is a shooting prize from SA Group Hochland on 20.April 1938. What makes it difficult is to determine when the engraving was done. If it's legitimate, and not real silver (i.e. silver plated), I would guess a value in the range of $150.00 to 200.00. If it's actual silver, the value would be higher.
