Ribbon Bars - Thoughts?

Hi all,

Found these in an antique shop today, didn't buy them but took some pics on my phone camera (hence the poor quality) for opinions.

I suspect this one is fake due to the two SS long service medals (I understand that the regulations only allowed for one?). Plus the wound badge device seems odd.



Not so sure about this one? Seems like too many devices to me.

Both are repros. Rule of thumb: the more fancy devices there are on a ribbon bar, the higher the likelyhood it's bad. These two are perfect examples.

Horrible fakes! Those SS runes are awful. Also, the pin catch on the reverse of both bars look like the type that were cut with wire cutters.

However, if the price tags of $8.50 and $12.50 are correct, that's a decent price for these repros; if anything, you could display them as examples of what NOT to purchase as real bars in the future.
