Do you have a better picture of the Blue Division medal? Maybe a clearer one? Do you know if the ring is marked?
About the other medal, I can't help you...

The first medal is Spanish, and was awarded to Spanish troops serving with the Germans on the eastern front. I can't render an informed opinion as to whether or not it's real.
The second medal is a Wehrmacht 4-year service medal, and is a real one. Looks like it has toned to a nice slightly gold-ish color, too.Comment
