What do you think of this "Zoll" cuff band please??

Hi everyone,

I am a total novice on cloth, and so I'd really appreciate your thoughts on this Zoll cuff band.

I purchased this from a German seller that guarantees it to be original, but I had it first mailed to a friend in Germany, and he is not so sure.

My friend says it has 6 thread bands and each side, and he believes that they normally should have 7? Is 7 the correct number? My friend also said he is not sure that the eagle quality is where it should be either.

I don't have the item in my possession yet, so the sellers scans below are the best I have at the moment.

6 or 7 strings on the edges have tape Guffbands SS.
Zollband has an edging of 3 silver threads.
