Gebirgsjäger Remember Medal

Hello People,

I have see some this type of "Gebirgsjäger Remember Medal" (Tragbar) for sale. In another discussions, it was said that there have many fakes, include this type that I put below.

But did this same type realy exist in Gebirgsjägertruppe (pre-1945)? Is the zinc correct in this type of remember medal? Have somebody one original and correct this type of medal for comparation?

I have never see one like this before and this is hard to date. Maybe someone else knows but things like this were made well after the War as well.



I have a similar token for the Eismeerfront that I know is real and was from a US vet. It is more like a tinnie and is stamped, the 1943-44 example shown here-
