broken medal bar mount-where to repair?

Here are photos of the two other medal bars I bought. These were also $250, but for the pair plus tax. The same American GI supposedly brought all these back.

These other two medal bars look good. On the four-placer: the 25-Year Police Long Service Cross is missing its police insignia from the ribbon.

On the three-placer: the Friedrich August Medal is mounted front-to-back.

But both bars look to be nice originals and easily worth $250 for the pair. That four-placer would be worth $250 just by itself if it still had the police insignia on the ribbon.
