blue division medal bar

I don't like of the Blue Division Medal. It doesn't look as a Deschler type (German Prodution). May be Spanish prodution?

All are of spanish production,awarded post 1945 by the spanish govt. To blue division vets.

All @ late 1960s++ (probably 1990s) Spanish production.
It's hard to believe there are no other Spanish awards on the bar either (and no KvKx), which makes me suspect it might be a put together bar.
Spanish awards I thought were quintuple row medal bars, but it might be a "second row"?

yes-one could buy them from dealers in the 1980s-90s for $10 in Madrid !

They are MUCH lighter than the original pieces.
