25 year army sevice medal

I'm intrested in opinions on this medal

Hard to tell withs these photos.

What I am not sure of is that the ribbon and eagle are aged while the medal and 40 year spange are pristine.


My guess is the ribbon was matched up to the medal and a 40 year spage thrown in to boot
