Azad Hind medal

If this is in the wrong forum I do apologise as I had no idea where to put it

Anyone got any thoughts on this Azad Hind medal (I believe it's called "Martyr of the Fatherland" medal??)
Is there any way to tell a wartime example from a 57 produced one ( I think they made them in 57er form?)

Any help would be most appreciated.

These are always problematic as they were produced and awarded well into the 70s using the same dies and materials.

I always stayed away from them.
