Prices on Civil/non-combat awards

Is it me or has anyone else noticed tha civil and non combat awards dont sell even at the level of Niemans 2004 priceguide. This compared to the skyhigh rise of combat awards.
Are they overpriced or is there just not that many collectors of the other TR awards?

I personally think that the combat awards always will be more attractive and therefore more sought after and with that comes the price.

Yes very true.

A KC which are readily available is over 8k while try and find a 'Air Raid Protection cross' which is quite rare but will still only be in the 2k range.
