......I realize that you have only the one image, but to try and give any reasonable answers to your question other than "yes, some items do look interesting".......that is about all that can be said. Without close-up shots, front and back, it's impossible to tell whether the stuff is FAKE or genuine 3rd reich.

One piece is a US Army Marksmen Cross that resembles a German EK
The small metal white german flag is for a ww2 elastolin german soldier (probably good)
the red small plastic flag is a whw tinnie (probably good)
25 year service cross (probably good)
Political and Heer belt buckle , Not my thing really but look good
that oblong skull thing is probably a fantasy item of some sort but I have no idea
The belt buckles are of some interest but the rest, at least to me, are not.Iam Uncle Sam
