    What are these?

    Picked this stuff up this morning in a box of stuff belonging to a soldier from WWII. This is some stuff he brought back and I have no idea what they are.

            The first is a belt buckle worn by the SA. The second is a shooting competition medal. Third is a Luftwaffe Ground Assault Badge (GAB for short). You can get more info on the authenticity of the buckle and GAB if you post them in their respective forums (include a clear photo of the reverse of each)...

              I believe he shooting medal is American it is using the 'Webster' style of spelling where hard c were replaced by ks

              part of the Simplified Spelling Board

              more than likely the meads were made up well before the 30s and then used up
