Ok I will give it a shot

    1 )germany ICII
    2) Austria Orden der Eisernen Krone 3. class with swords
3~6) Austria Tapferkeitsmedaille and or the Militär-Verdienstmedaille in different grades and or second awards
    7) Austria Karl-Truppenkreuz medal (Karl-Troops Cross)
    8) Austria Verwundetenmedaille (wound medal)
    9) Germany Hindy Cross
    10) Austria Kriegserinnerungs-Medaille (war medal)
    11) German Long service awards (25 & 12 years??)
    12) Militär-Dienstzeichen (if the small stripe is green long service ribbon)

This bar looks like a NCOs and with this grouping one should be able to attribute to a person. If you could do that then the value would be much higer.

NCO? When did NCOs get Iron Crown Orders?

Note the lack of an EK2 as well. Makes you wonder where he was in the Great War- (Italy, I reckon).
I'd examine that one carefully-as the HKx and the LS stronlgy hints that he was back in a field grey uniform by 1939.

Opps my bad you are right the 'Iron Crown Orders' are just for Officer types order.

I might of been getting it confused with another ribbon I will have to check my book later tonight once again.

Not to impose on your kindness but...

Calling on the expertise of board members to compensate for my old age and colorblindness. I acquired this ribbon bar way back around 1972 from George Peterson when he had his storefront in Alexandria Virginia. Using the ribbon chart on this site I think I've gotten them but I'm not totally sure of the second ribbon. Below is a JPEG with my best guesses as to what they are along with the reverse view. Could someone please help me ID these ribbons? Also, does anyone know if this is a ribbon bar for an officer or an NCO?

              Thank you

              Mike

                Ribbon bar

The bar is supposed to belong to an Oberst from Infanterie Regiment 92. This was part of the 2nd Infanterie Division pre and early war. Later it became part of the 60. Infanterie Divsion Mot. Sadly, I do not have the officer's name.

                      Swweeeeeet!!

IR 92? Glenn J. I think has the secret 1940 Diestalterlist. He'd show up there-or later. Glenn could also trace his A-H imperial career. He's the worl A-H expert.

Any idea what this would be worth?
