        I think the packet is probably a retailers packet and not a manufacturers packet.

          Peter Wilhelm Heb of Lüdenscheid was actually a metal insignia manufacturer. Their RZM number for metal insignia production was M1/99. They did not have an LDO license to sell on the commercial market. If they had a Lieferant number, it is still unknown.

            thanks for that Tom, its a maker i'm not familiar with, probably, like you said, they're not on any LDO list i've seen! cheers-nigel
