Hello Migalito,
Their were two variations of the badge in question as well as , first on the scene in 1913 was the DRA sports badge only issued to men and came in to grade Bronze and Gold , recipients were between 18-32. In 1920 a silver version was introduced and in 1921 woman were also then eligible. The DRA ( Deutscher Reichs- Ausschuss) .
In 1933 the badge was changed to "DRL" as the sports committee changed from the German National Committee for Physical training competition 1933 The German Physical Training Union". The badge was basically the same but the Swaz was added. The "DRL" also came in three grades as well as cloth . In 1942 a special grade was introduced for those with members of the armed forces with disabilities initials were in silver wreath in gold, only one class for this type of award.
