Greetings: I just acquired this small grouping and and trying to identify and catalogue these items as to what they are. The first I will post is item #3 As you can see it is stamped ADOLPH HITLER, but what is it's significance. Would anyone be able to identify this item and it's purpose.All comments and opinions are greatly appreciated.
