    Hi dear Ron,

I can tell you with all honesty that was not my intention to imply something, if you report yourself to me, and Prosper knows this, we are friends,so any problem,
I don't need to take this way if I have something to sayd to someone.

I have simply interpreted Ludwig's question without any wickedness. But I have perhaps been wrong.

      Versus

I now realize that I shouldn´t have used the word "versus" (I am not english speaking by birth). Didn´t know that it always means war between the two parts. Perhaps I should have used "&" or "about" or perhaps even better: never asked the question at all.
I now realize that forums like these often attract strange people with different sort of personal problems which they let other people pay for.
Sure, I can give a more detailed question that explains my first one, but I guess that would embarrass Mr. Blotchy Ass (the first answer I got contained a link to a photo of a fat, disgusting, blotchy ass that obviously belongs to Mr.K. Couldn´t see any balls though...Cultural twilight!), Mr. Forman and perhaps some more people.
So I put the question to all other fellow collectors this way: has anyone of you had bad experience in your business with Mr. Adrian Forman?
I think that that is the meaning - or one of the meanings - with a forum like this; to help fellow collectors avoid beeing fooled.
      Thank you and good bye!

          Gotcha!

I am taking back my comments about Ludwig who has now proven to me that he is not Lemmik or Dangermouse or any of the other trolls who have been snapping at my ankles in recent months.

As for my opinion of Forman. Well…I don't really want to assume the mantle of this forum's resident dealer-basher so let me just say this: if I saw Forman offering something original at a reasonable price, then I would buy it without letting my personal opinions stand in the way but I would advise anyone lacking extensive experience to be careful. And I would advise anyone who ever bought a Ritterkreuz from him to examine it carefully. And that's without getting into other high-end awards and badges.

Considering the unfortunate and often unintended misunderstandings that occur among we native English speakers, it is not unusual for there to sometimes be confusion about meaning with English as second (or 3rd or 7th) speaking Forums readers.

Please do not feel unwelcome or shy about posting questions. We have similar difficulties in other than English languages. I can mangle German and French, with my skills in other languages trailing off from being intentionally funny in them to being unintentionally odd-sounding in them.

As a note for ALL new posters: one of the major problems is NOT what language you use, or proficiency therein, but what you have chosen as your login name.

While there may be a good reason NOT to use your full name, using anything which is either NOT your name, or may be taken to be a pseudonym is--let's be realistic--going to make your first impression that you are NOT a serious person, or that you may be hiding something for reasons which are not good.

Posters who do not list where (or IF) on this planet's surface they are, what they are interested in collecting, or any email address in their profiles may only be shy and worried about fitting in, but all too often such lack of information is because the "new" poster is just a recycled old one who would rather cause trouble again than make friends.

First impressions are made by your login name, the information you share in your profile, and then by what and how you post. Strange login names, politically dubious avatar emblems and so on ARE going to affect how people react to you as a new poster. The line under MY name and my avatar are, I hope, indications that I am not always as stuffy an old fart as THIS. I have a Celtic sense of humor obvious to long term readers in other sections of these Forums, and my avatar reflects this goofy self-image as an "old" collector well known in here amongst ourselves for having dusty old strange reference sources to look stuff up in. But I am a very serious COLLECTOR, despite all that.

Eventually we all get used to each other.

              Finally

Finally I got the answer I wanted and this time I agree to 100% to PK´s answer.
I guess that we now have buried the war-hatchet, PK.
And to all of you who have been offered bad quality KCs with the explanation that it is a late war product: the quality of KCs was many times poorer during the early stages of the war - before the LDO had shapen things up with their controlls! - than that of the later ones.

Never had deals with him, but of course if you need help for a book he is not the right man to ask to!!!!
As almost all the "old" names they are closed in their think and buried in the past.

                    My books:

                    - THE WEHRPAß & SOLDBUCH OF THE WH
                    - THE SS TK RING
                    - THE ITALIAN-GERMAN MEDAL
                    - THE ANTI PARTISAN BADGE
