          Hello,

That is nice, though I believe post-war variation. WW2 period example is slightly different as you seen in this page:

          Just my 2cents,

I still need EK1's L/14 Screwback and Pinback.

            Hi

I seen nothing wrong with this one and to me appears to be time period. Don't forget that these were also made in Germany. The site that you referenced is a little off. The one that is said to be Spanish made time period is actually a German made version and the second is the medal produced in Spain. The Spanish versions were produced after the war and look the same as the ones produced during the time, except that the ribbon and medal type will be different, and there is a slight difference in the silvering.

Nothing wrong the way that Spanish post-war variations are official and original as well. Fakes are another story. Anyway - you are correct!

I have thought the biggest difference between pre-war Spanish and post-war one can be seen on the legs and basically on details of the edges of the medal.

How many different variations of original period and post-war medals there are?
