Ribbon bar reconstruction

Does anyone know if someone out there can make new ribbon bars from a list of awards. I would like to get a reproduction for a General officers service tunic and the man had 10 imperial awards etc. I doubt i will ever find an original bar.

I would recommend Kellys. He uses the same guy in Austria as was mentioned above and he also marks the ribbons as replicas on the reverse. He sells his stuff as replicas, although about 50% + of his bars over the past few years have original medals on them.
Some are 100%.
