    1) WW2 War Merit Cross (KVK) - 2nd Class with swords
    2) WW1 Austro-Hungarian Bravery Medal
    3) same as 2
    4) same as 2
    5) WW1 Austro-Hungarian Karl Trupp Cross
    6) 1914-18 Honor Cross for Front Fighters (aka Hindenburg Cross)
    7) Unknown
    8) WW2 Long Service Award

The three bravery ribbons concern me as at least one should have swords, they also
look rather new. The only ribbons that 'look' old are the last two. . . the unknown, and
    long service

    My gut says no

#7 would be the Austro-Hungarian Wound Medal for a single wounding. The number of narrow red stripes (excluding the two edge stripes) indicate the number of wounds.

I also have some concerns about the authenticity of this ribbon bar. Since the long service award displays a gold eagle on it, that would indicate either a 12-Year Medal or a 25-Year Cross. In either case, a second long service award should be worn on this bar. I also agree with David that some of the ribbons look too new. I am not getting a good gut feeling about this bar either. Maybe you could post a picture of the reverse?

      Best regards,
      Tom

Here are some close up pics of the ribbon bar.
Hope this will help in determining if it is original or not.

          Thank you !

                    How did I miss that

The three Austrian are suspect to me, I have seen legit examples
with no swords . . . explained by the medal bar

                    I still say no

                      Sorry gents,

but a "bravery-medal" NEVER has swords on the ribbon !

Only if the ribbon stands for:

-Military-Merit-Medal ("Signum laudis") - only for officers
                      -Military-Merit-Cross - only for officers
                      -Franz-Josef-Order

the swords on the ribbons are a possibility but not a "must be".

                      This guy maybe had:

                      - one bronze bravery-medal
                      - one silver bravery-medal II. class
                      - one silver bravery-medal I. class or one in gold.

                      Regards,

                      Peter
