Well none of them are medals or awards.

They are simple propaganda or identy plaques like you would see on a on car's bumper for AAA or the Auto Club, or on doors of police stations, city/town offices or as sign that the house is a member of or donated some money to some organization, or you were at some sort of renuion or rally etc.

I would put them on the Tinies forum one of the chaps there might give you some more details
