help with ribbon id

Can anyone help with the identification of the 3rd ribbon on this portrait photo.
We have the eastern front ribbon,the KVK 2nd class and what looks to me like the Olympic games ribbon (a reddy/orange colour with 5 thin white stripes)but there seems to be a shiny material on the edge.i cant get better pics i may be able to scan if req.

I think it might be the Bulgarian Order for Bravery - a light blue ribbon with metallic silver stripes at the edges - which was also awarded to Germans.

I found this picture of the Bulgarian medal it has the right edging but not the 5 fine lines down the middle

IMHO not the Bulgaria Militärorden für Tapferkeit
