Zinc later Westwall. For me is OK. Did you check the ribbon with UV test? May be it is one new ribbon, but I think that is good.

I have not checked with black light. If i understand it,if glows it's bad. thats correct?

May be, if shine can or can't (contamination) be bad. But in this case, IMO if shine it is new ribbon.

The ribbon on this one does not look original to me. The white seems to have a neon-purplish glow just from the camera flash alone. The medal itself looks like a good one.
