General medals and pins Question

Hello Everyone,
I wanted to post a couple pictures of these medals and misc. items that a gentleman in my area is wanting to sell me. I am not so knowledgeable on medals or anything like this so I thought I would post here. He is asking $250 for the lot. seems like a lot to me and I can't tell what is original and fake...any inputs would be appreciated. I would hate to pass up the chance to expand my collection if these items are worth it.

The stuff in that case isn't worth 25 cents, in my opinion. Maybe there is a chance that one of the enamel pins is real, but better pictures of both the front and back are needed. The cloth breast eagle that you show in the last picture does looks original to me.

The only items that might be real are the cloth breast eagle and the cap eagle, the rest are junk.
