Eastern people's 2nd class in bronze

Received this yesterday & it's actually my first Eastern people's award. It's in the kind of choice condition that makes me want to get opinions! It looks OK to me, but i'm not an expert.

I've been watching for any of the three 2nd class medals but they seem to be scarce. I see a lot more 1st class than 2nd, like on eBay for example. Are the 2nd class more rare or am I just unlucky so far? Ammersee

Hello Ammersee,

They are not really scarce, so just keep looking and you should be able to find some 2nd classes. The 1st class is scarcer than the 2nd class though. I just saw a gold 2nd class w/o swords close on ebay a few days ago. Happy hunting!

Barry at e-medals has quite a few for sale of all different grades in his "ARMY" section here:

They are a little pricey, but a selection like few dealers have.

Karl Kithier of Summer Vacation Militaria www.svmilitaria.com has five 2nd classes for sale at this time. The prices are quite a bit cheaper than those on emedals.
