I don't like the look of that, the felt looking material and the braid, it's not like one I've seen.

Just my inexperienced opinion, try the cloth forum as well, or this may be moved, but it is entitled to be in here.

Wait for other opinions of the experienced guys please, don't take my word for it. I'm sure they'll respond in due course.
