I am far from being an expert..but it looks ok to me? Has there been examples of the ostmedal being copied? I know quite a few of them were given out as much of the fighting was done on the eastern front.

Yes they are faked. I'm like a thousand percent for sure it's good but I was wondering if Ost's normally come with a soldered ring and I've never see a 92 before, so I was wondering if a 92 is a rare version?

i have seen other "92" marked before
ringloops arent always soldered

......your 'new' Eastern Front medal is a pristine example and it is nice to see one in such very good condition. The FAKES I've seen wouldn't hold a candle to this one. Congrats!
